The bulletins are now posted as PDFs.  This change has several advantages:

1. The total size of the files are significantly reduced thus reducing your download time.

2. The email links and website links within the bulletin are active.

It is recommended that the Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 be used for viewing.
The reader is free and can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/
