New Healing Mass - Please join us for our monthly Healing Mass on Saturday, July 11, at 7 pm. There will be jubilant music and praise. At the conclusion of the Mass Fr. Stefan will pray over all who are interested. This is the Second Anniversary of our Healing Mass at St. Mary’s.

New Men’s Ministry - St. Mary's Men’s Ministry will meet again on Saturday, July 11, 7:30 - 9 am, at Old St. Mary’s Hall. Join other men of the parish in this interesting discussion of scripture and its application to our lives. Refreshments.

New Televised Masses - The Sunday TV Mass, on air for over 55 years in the Washington metropolitan area, is moving to a new channel and time starting July 5. The Mass, which has been airing on WHUT-32 at 8:30 am, now airs every Sunday on WDCW-50 (“The CW”) from 10:30 - 11 am. More information is available at www.arlingtondiocese.org.

Office Closed - The Parish Center Office will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observation of the Independence Day holiday.

July's First Friday Adoration and Taize Holy Hour -
Due to the holiday, we will not have First Friday Adoration and the Holy Hour normally scheduled for July 3. After the 9:15 Mass the building will be closed.

Pope Benedict says it’s the “Year of the Priest” - Beginning with June 19, the Pope has designated this year as the year of the priest. I’m sure many of you are wondering, “What can I do for our priests?”. The first thing you can do is pray for them, every day. Adding sacrifices for them would be a great second step. If you have the time, writing them a note of thanks would be “icing on the cake.” New

Resettlement Project
The parish is undertaking a Resettlement Project with the cooperation of the Diocese of Arlington Office of Migration and Refugee Services. Check the flyer for more details.

Explore the Wonders of the Word at Discovery Canyon VBS. It is just around the rim! Mark your calendars and grab your hiking gear. The adventure begins July 27 - 31. This is a week packed with rockin’ Music, energy-packed Games, cavern Crafts, shadow Science and amazing Bible stories.

Registration is open.
